An urban geology walk around Warwick

Jon Radley will lead a walk around Warwick starting and finishing at the entrance to the Market Hall Museum. The tour will focus on Warwick’s building stones with emphasis on the locally sourced examples and what they can tell us about ancient Warwickshire.

The length of the walk will be approximately 1-2 miles. Participants are encouraged to have a look around the museum afterwards to see examples of some of the rocks and fossils that will be discussing on the walk.
